– We have a patent application filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office protecting our product compositions and methods of use. The invention encompasses several embodiments and improvements over prior technology, with over 190 patent claims.
– All content including copy, artwork, designs, photographs, images, illustrations, and videos, on this website as well as on our blogs and accounts on social media and third-party sales platforms, is protected by copyright.
– Usage of our trademark or copyrighted content, including reproduction, republishing, modification, creation of derivative works, distribution, transmission, or display, is strictly prohibited without our prior written permission and without giving us credit as the owner and original creator.

Liability and responsibility, legal disputes, waivers

– Product name: Lovebug™ Skin Cleansing Oil for Herpes Blemishes; hereafter called Lovebug.
– Class of goods: Lovebug is a product that falls under the ‘cosmetics’ class of goods, as defined by the FDA; specifically, a ‘skincare’ product; more specifically, an ‘antioxidant-rich skin cleansing oil’.
– Characteristics: Lovebug is a clear oil, with a spicy, woody scent familiar to thyme and oregano.
– What it is not: Lovebug is not a ‘facial cleanser’, or a ‘makeup remover’. Lovebug is also NOT a food, a nutrition supplement, a drug or medication, or a medical device. Additionally, although Lovebug smells similar to an essential oil, it does not qualify as an essential oil because it is not a whole essential oil; instead, Lovebug contains two selected substances that are found in the essential oils of native Mediterranean plants, plus a carrier oil.
– Packaging: Lovebug comes in an amber colored glass bottle that measures 4 inches tall and 1.25 inches wide, with a tapered glass dropper and black bulb top. The bottle contains 1 fluid ounce of the product (approximately 30ml). See images below for reference.

The sole intended use of Lovebug is to beautify the appearance of the skin; to be used topically on herpes blemishes of the mouth and genital areas.

– The Directions, Instructions and Precautions as provided on our product label and website are wrapped as part of these Terms of Use. Refund and Chargeback Policy
– Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service within 30 days of your purchase date to request a rapid refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
– Billing Errors: Should you notice any errors in your billing, contact customer service immediately to resolve the issue.
– Chargebacks: Chargebacks are not accepted. If you have any issues with your purchase, contact us directly for a rapid refund. Fraudulent chargebacks will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Shipping Information and Policy
– LA local delivery: We offer Same Day local delivery within Los Angeles, California through our in-house courier service, catering to specific zip codes. The option becomes available at checkout upon entering one of the designated zip codes. A map showing this area is located on our Customer Care page.
– Destinations: We ship to the lower 48 states only.
– Carrier and Service: We ship using USPS Priority Mail.
– Pricing: Same-day local courier delivery in Los Angeles costs $16 regardless of quantity. USPS Priority Mail pricing is calculated according to the zone your zip code is in, at discounted prices that are lower than their business rates.
– Discreet Packaging: Products are shipped in plain packaging from ‘LB Shop’ to ensure privacy.
– Shipping Info: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
– Timeliness: USPS advertises average delivery times of 1-3 business days; Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS.
– Processing: Orders are processed and shipped within one business day.
– Handling times: If we receive your order before 12 noon on Monday through Friday, we try to ship the same day, however your order will ship no later than the next business day.
– Note: USPS does not guarantee when your package will be scanned into their system, it may take up to 48 hours for them to do so and for you to see any tracking updates on their website. If you don’t see any tracking updates on their website within this time, don’t worry, this doesn’t mean your package is lost or hasn’t been sent.

Tax Policy
Taxes are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address. California addresses will incur sales tax.

Orders must originate from US-based bank accounts.
